2008 Annual Report
It was a difficult year for this Real Estate Investment Trust, along with many other American businesses. However, the client’s revenue actually grew despite the severe recession, thanks to their solid portfolio. We highlighted this fundamental strength in the annual report, developing the theme “Our Portfolio is the Cornerstone” and prominently featuring the client’s high-quality holdings throughout. On the production side, careful selection of alternative materials and processes allowed us to reduce the client’s costs while maintaining the professionalism of their previous annual reports.
