Ease of use is a guiding concept in designing a user interface. Approaching this software from a consumer’s perspective, we reduced the number of mouse clicks required to navigate the system. We created consistent behaviors and supported them with logical visual cues. Maintaining a sense of context throughout the site ensured that users would always know where they were and which options were available.
