Informed Creativity

Strong brands aren’t born—they’re built. That takes time, hard work, and a commitment from you, the client. Whether you have an established brand or new company, whether you’re launching a service or simply updating your website, it’s often unclear how to best present your offering to the marketplace. Our process equips us with the information and insight to create materials that put your brand in position to thrive.

We begin every engagement with a basic question: What is the problem we’re trying to solve? Many projects are relatively straightforward, but marketing challenges can also be quite complex. We typically gather information in the early stages to gain insight into our client’s market dynamics. This may include activities such as executive and customer interviews, competitive research, and messaging workshops.

During this phase, we synthesize all the input into a blueprint that ensures our solutions will accomplish our client’s business objectives. Depending on the scope of work, this may include the development of marketing plans, messaging platforms, brand guidelines, and/or creative briefs.

This is when plans are put into action and project deliverables start to take shape. Our design, editorial, and web development work begins, informed by the first two phases. That foundation of knowledge makes our creative work more relevant, focused, and strategically on-target. Regardless of what we’re producing, we employ an iterative process, refining concepts over a series of reviews with the client.

We aren’t finished until you’re fully satisfied. Before we consider our work completed, we check it against the project criteria to ensure all objectives have been met and delivered upon. For digital projects, this phase may also include a comprehensive testing process and system training for client team members.
